Here\u2019s an overview of the most important changes brought about by the latest amendment to the EEC regulations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Solar energy is now more interesting again for private power generators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Higher\u00a0<strong>feed-in tariff<\/strong>: Systems for energy self-sufficiency receive 8.2 cents per kWh up to a size of 10 kWp. The figure falls to 7.1 cents per kWh for systems over 10 kWp. Systems that feed all their power into the grid receive 13.0 cents per kWh up to a size of 10 kWp. Systems over 10 kWp, meanwhile, get 10.9 cents per kWh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Fully tax-exempt<\/strong>: At the start of the year, a lot of red tape fell away. For example, the purchase of a private PV system is no longer subject to value-added tax.
